The coming financial year will be an exciting but challenging one for both the Trust and all staff , as we progress towards Foundation status. The Foundation Trust regime requires excellence in the management of financial resources, within which the Chief Accountant will play a vital role. Our challenges include the introduction of IFRS, implementing the new Capital regime, Financing the Estate strategy, developing our Shared Financial service, New Treasury management opportunities and developing business systems to support compliance requirements.
In order to provide the necessary technical leadership to meet these challenges and to strengthen the finance team, the Trust is seeking to employ a Chief Financial Accountant.
