Enfield College is a medium sized FE College in a sound financial position with good financial policies and procedures in place. The College is entering an exciting and challenging period within a context of significant organisational change. The College expects to grow and develop within a new partnership framework. A catalyst for this change will be the proposed capital redevelopment of the College's main site.
We are looking for someone to join our successful Senior Management Team, facing this range of strategic and operational challenges. You will play a key role in guiding managers and stakeholders at all levels, including the Board of Governors, to formulate and deliver the College's business priorities.
This is both an exciting and demanding role but is one which offers excellent career opportunities for the successful candidate.
