Rebecca Beardwell
After graduating from Kings College, London, with a degree in Management and French, Rebecca started her consultancy career recruiting for international companies in Paris, across both the public and private sectors.
Returning to the UK in 2001, she joined a large multinational recruitment company to help establish their public sector and not-for-profit HR interim business. Within 3 years, she had built the business to be the most successful area of the HR team.
In light of this success, she was then headhunted to join Morgan Law in 2005. Morgan Law was in the process of setting up a fledgling HR recruitment desk at the time and Rebecca was brought on board for her knowledge of the sector and the HR field. She has been instrumental in building the business on both the interim and permanent sides. Rebecca manages a team of 6 consultants, whilst also looking after the retained advertised campaigns for senior HR permanent appointments.
