My client is currently seeking an HR Business Partner to take on a full time, permanent role.
They are interested in candidates who have previously worked within a professional services organisation; asset management and legal firms are of particular interest.
You will be responsible for supporting your Directorate from an HR perspective, working with Directors and Managers both operationally and strategically, leading on projects within your business area and improving procedure and process where necessary.
You must demonstrate the organisation’s values, building credibility within your business area and proactively contributing to organisational success. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills are essential.
You must know and understand the business and identify how HR can best contribute to its success. Knowledge of the full spectrum of possible HR interventions and experience of delivering improved business results is important to this role.
It is essential that you have extensive experience of working as an HR Generalist.
