My Public Sector Client based in London is looking for an experienced interim to join them for a short contract to head up Learning & Development.
You will be leading and managing an L&D team, developing your staff and imparting as much of your own knowledge and experience as possible before you complete your assignment.
You will be responsible for developing the L&D approach across the organisation and therefore your knowledge and skills must be up to date in all areas, L&D the procurement of Training, Leadership Development and coaching amongst others.
It is absolutely crucial that you are a superb stakeholder manager, able to gain instant credibility and buy-in from senior managers and Directors – you will be working closely with senior staff across the organisation and sometimes working directly for them.
You will be highly professional and committed with a background of working within a similar role in the Public Sector.
