My client based in the Northamptonshire area is currently looking for an Interim HR Consultant to work on a fixed term contract for 3 to 6 months initially. The organization has 2 new projects in the Merseyside and Staffordshire areas and you will be required to be on site at these locations. The salary ranges from £40,000 to £48,000 per year depending upon experience.
You will ideally be a graduate of CIPD with extensive knowledge of TUPE legislation and practice. You will have experience of change management and of leading a substantial project in this area as well as experience of consulting with Trade Unions.
You must have strong negotiation skills with the ability to build a rapport with colleagues at all levels, being confident and articulate with strong interpersonal skills. You should have a commercial awareness, good project management and planning skills with the ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines.
Knowledge and experience of working in the education system and working with Academies would be useful.
