An NHS organisation requires an interim Performance Manager. Key responsibilities include performance framework development, contributing to board reporting, 18 weeks and GUM indicators. It is essential that you have a solid understanding of the NHS as you will produce performance returns, manage key performance issues and commissioning performance. You should be able to matrix manage indirect reports. This role is to start in early April 2010
