An NHS organisation requires an interim Performance Manager. Key responsibilities include performance framework development, contributing to board reporting, 18 weeks and GUM indicators. It is essential that you have a solid understanding of the NHS as you will produce performance returns, manage key performance issues and commissioning performance.
