Here is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced OD/L&D Consultant to join the HR team of this leading public sector organization.
Having recently completed a review of the OD/L&D team to enable the delivery of the priorities outlined below, my client is now looking for an OD/L&D Consultant with an impressive skill set, including strong influencing skills, who is passionate about what they do and is able to act as an agent for change.

You will require:
- Leadership and staff development experience within a large /complex organization
- A clear understanding of the principles of effective people and organisational development and experience of implementing a range of developmental solutions that meet business requirements
- Team leadership and management experience, including recruitment, performance management and staff motivation and development
- Proven experience in supporting and leading self and others during organisational change and cultural shift
- Previous experience in the Education Sector would be desirable.
