The post holder will be an Executive Director of the Trust Board and will be jointly accountable with the other Board members for the development and implementation of the Trust’s strategic direction and corporate management of the Trust.
The post holder will provide the financial, commissioning, contractual and business development processes and policies for the Trust.
The post holder will advise the Trust Board and Council of Governors on all aspects of finance (including financial strategy and financial management, procurement and supplies, financial risk, investment appraisal, raising of debt and other finance, covenant compliance, cashflow management, PR communications on financial issues, financial systems development), commissioning and contracting issues (including commercial opportunities and risks).
