Our client a high profile Public Sector organisation is undergoing some large scale change this year and during this time they are looking to appoint two interim HR Advisors to join their advice and guidance team for a period of 3-6 months initially.
You must have strong Employment Law knowledge and have managed casework in previous roles.
The two areas that the client is looking to appoint to is for an advisor to manage the IT and also the Legal directorate, therefore experience in an HR Advisory role working with these client groups would be preferred. You will be working closely with an HR Business Partner in each area.
The role will be to start in April and paying an hourly rate.
