A leading charity is looking for a Direct Marketing manager to help reach its fundraising targets. The role revolves around developing a five year strategy to help implement its direct marketing initiatives and maximise net income. You will manage a small team and ensure that the operational plan is adhered to as well as providing a base of expertise for Direct Marketing for the organisation. It is essential that you have extensive experience of fundraising and direct marketing and understand the principles of customer profiling and data based statistics. You must have previously worked at a large charity and have a comprehensive understanding of databases.
