Our Client, a leading commercial and customer focused global brand, is looking for an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to work partnering a Board level Director within a demanding, high profile client base within the Corporate Centre.
You will be responsible for addressing strategic and operational HR issues, implementing best practice and delivering people key initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for some looking for a truly strategic role where you will have the opportunity to add real value a Board level.
If you have a HR generalist background with particular interest in ER, Reward, Talent and L&D/O&D and have operated previously in a Strategic HR Business partner capacity (Ideally within FMCG or Retail) then this could be the role for you.
