My client in the media industry has ambitious plans for developing best practise recruitment and retention solutions and is looking for a Head of Strategic Resourcing to take the lead.
Reporting to the HR Director this role will develop the organisations workforce strategy and actively promote and develop best practice recruitment and retention solutions. Leading a small strategic team, you will be responsible for driving forward the organisations vision, values and strategic aims across the service and lead on the business need for succession planning and talent management.
You will also champion corporate initiatives such as e-recruitment and take a business partnering role in advising senior team members on appropriate recruitment solutions and talent strategies.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior resourcing specialist to move into a truly strategic, autonomous role. (The transactional side of all recruitment is done via a shared service centre). The successful candidate will have operated previously in a similar capacity and have an innovative, self motivated approach together with a comprehensive knowledge of employment and equal opportunities legislation
