This very varied, generalist Senior HR advisor position within an education institute requires an HR professional who is capable and willing to take the lead on HR issues which arise with managers across the organization.
It is very important for the successful candidate to adopt a strategic view and they must have previous experience of working at an HR Advisor level.
The Senior HR Advisor will work on employee relations cases and therefore must have up to date employment law knowledge.
The role also involves taking the lead on training and coaching, policy implementation and recruitment. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to take the next step in the career and develop their existing skills further.
Applicants must be fully CIPD qualified and must be flexible to travel to client site on a regular basis and often at short notice.
