My client, a not for profit organisation based in East London, is currently seeking a Policy and Advice Manager. Reporting to the HR Director you will be responsible for providing policy and advice to HR professionals and senior management across the organisation.

 

A vital part of this role will be to lead Senior Advisors to develop or update policies as appropriate ensuring they are consistent with the organisation’s People Strategy and action plans.

 

In addition responsibilities will include:

 

  • To understand pay and reward issues and provide solutions to meet a variety of internal business needs.
  • To provide specialist advice to others within the people function, and to mainly senior management, in relation to employee relations and pay and reward.
  • To liaise with external advisors and to manage the ongoing relationship and contract with the employment solicitors.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior generalist HR professional with particular experience in both policy and employee relations looking to further their career within a fast-paced, high profile organisation.
