This HR Advisor position is a fully generalist role within a well known charity.
Responsibilities involve dealing with current budget constraint issues and working closely with managers to advise and guide them on change programmes.
The role also includes working on employee relations cases, such as disciplinaries and grievances, sickness absence and performance management issues.
Applicants must have strong employment law knowledge and a clear understanding of best practice.
Another focus of this role is to produce an L&D plan for managers for which reflects organizational needs.
The successful applicant will advise managers on recruitment and retention projects, they will also be required to improve and develop policies and procedures.
Applicants must be fully CIPD qualified and must have strong experience of dealing with all of the aforementioned elements of HR.
This is a full time, permanent post and is suitable for those who are able to travel during the working week and stay away from home for a couple of nights a month.
