The successful candidate for this role will report directly in to the Learning and Development Manager and will take responsibility for managing one other member of the Learning and Development team.

A large focus of this role will be to  develop and implement L&D Programmes including e-learning initiatives.

This role will also take responsibility for putting in place ways of monitoring internal client satisfaction and the effectiveness of systems that have been put in place.

The L&D co-ordinator will also be responsible for providing professional guidance on learning and development issues to all managers and staff.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for valuating the impact of learning interventions to organisation level.

Applicants must have experience of using HR information systems to record and report on L&D activity.

They must also be able to re-engineer processes to make them as efficient as possible.

To be considered for interview, applicants must have knowledge of the IIP standard and how to get an organisation through assessment.

They must also have the ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with a wide range of individuals.
