My client is looking to find a credible and tactful senior HR professional to carry out restructuring projects at a number of their locations across the UK.
You will be project managing a range of restructures potentially resulting in TUPE transfers and redundancy. You will be in a Project lead role liaising with senior managers up to Chief Executive and therefore must have excellent stakeholder management and able to immediately hit the ground running.
You must be a strong HR generalist with excellent Project Management skills and excellent legal knowledge. You will be available to start immediately and willing to travel and stay at different locations depending on the stage of the project.
