My client, a public sector organisation based in South East London, is currently seeking a HR Adviser. Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures along with building relationships with managers leading to the organisations’ success.
A vital part of this role will be to provide professional advice towards business planning and effective workforce changes within and across the specific areas of the organisation.
In addition you will be acting as a change agent and will gain a solid knowledge of the organisation and how HR can best contribute to its success.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solid HR professional who has experience in working with academics and also prides themselves on their decision making and problem solving skills.
