My client, a public sector organisation, based in East London is urgently seeking a HR Adviser/Office Manager to join their team. Managing 8-9 staff you will have excellent management skills along with a HR background and experience of working in a busy school environment.
A vital part of this role will be dealing with the recruitment of staff as well as absence management and ensuring the employees meet the standard attendance set.
In addition you will be responsible for supporting all school events such as parents evenings, catering arrangements and post management.
