This is fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning and Development focused HR professional, to take on a challenging but rewarding role in this London based education organisation. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to be involved in a fast paced and diverse HR environment and will offer valuable career experience.
As Learning and Development Co-coordinator your role will be centered around assisting change management activities and providing quality training and assessment services. This will be across the organistation in areas such as health and safety, equality and diversity, management inductions and inductions. You will report into the HR manager for this area.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record working in a Learning and Development environment focused on training with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering a high quality service.
You will also be of at least graduate membership level of CIPD.
