Here is an exciting opportunity for a systems focused HR Analyst to join a fast paced diverse education organistion on a part time basis and reporting into the HR manager.
Developing and maintaining the HR systems is the overall objective of this role. Within this remit the successful candidate will be expected to compile and present reports and statistics across multiple HR related areas, providing recommendations for improvements to the HR systems as well as training, advice and troubleshooting for all users.
As this is a systems post you will need extensive HRIS analysis experience within a large organistation. Experience of providing an excellent HR systems service across all areas is important. Dealing with people across the management spectrum will also be important in providing HR systems advice and support; as such experience of dealing with management will be an asset. The successful candidate will be educated to degree level.
