My client, a large NHS Trust now requires and Associate Director of HR to deputise for the Executive Director of HR and OD and to manage the HR advisory and transactional teams. The person appointed will be expected to contribute to the overall development of the HR function and will be involved in a number of key projects such as the implementation of ESR manager’s self-service.
The successful applicant will be CIPD qualified or equivalent and have substantial HR experience at a senior level, gained within the NHS, together with the ability to implement change on a large scale. You will also need to demonstrate strong leadership and line management skills and excellent project management skills.
