A public sector organisation requires a Head of Procurement be responsible for the strategic direction of a growing department
Duties will include:
- Developing the procurement strategy for the organisation
- Leading on the delivery of the procurement strategy
- Improve and develop procurement processes and procedures
- Provide procurement best practice and promote procurement across the group
- Ensure compliance and Value for money is achieved
ssential Skills / Experience required:
- Proven experience in delivering complex projects
- Knowledge of EU procurement rules
- Strong leadership skills and proven management experience
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders and staff of all levels
- Procurement expertise on property services related projects
MCIPS or equivalent qualification
