This housing association is looking for some one to lead their HR Shared Services department, which will involve managing a small team of HR Assistants.
The main focus of this role will be to manage the operational workload of the shared services facility.
The role involves producing KPI reports and providing advice and support on organizational policies.
Applicants must have team management experience and must have previously worked within a shared services environment.
The Shared Services team, which will be run by the successful candidate, will take responsibility for HR administration, recruitment and payroll within the wider organization.
