An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced as a Head of Recruitment to join a hard working and ambitious international charity, which has been working tirelessly around the world for its cause.
Reporting into the HR Director your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing leadership on professional and volume recruitment
- Designing, implementing and reviewing recruitment policy.
- Building productive relationships, both in internal and external, to successfully identify and handle recruitment needs.
Due to the challenging demands of recruiting for this diverse organization, significant recruitment experience is required and international recruitment exposure would be an advantage.
You will have a team of two HR advisors and administration staff to assist you in the role. As such experience of successfully leading and managing a team is essential.
