A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and passionate professional to join and develop this NHS organisation, as an HR and OD Business Partner.
Reporting into the Assistant Director of Organisational Development and Workforce Planning, your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading, under the direction of the assistant Director, the design, implementation and ongoing development of the organisations People Strategy.
- Leading on people aspects of change issues such as TUPE transfers, rationalization and downsizing of services.
- To work with other aspects of the organisation, such as the Learning and Development team and Managers, to provide effective and satisfactory transition to the “NHS of the future” for all staff and patients.
Due to the delicate nature of this broad and challenging role, excellent communication skills are required for dealing with staff of all levels throughout the change process. Extensive experience of Organizational Development and TUPE transfers, to deal with the complicated nature of the task, is essential.
