Volunteers Advisor

This well known charity is recruiting a Volunteer’s advisor to provide a high level of advice and guidance around the improvement and implementation of policies and procedures.

This advisor is also responsible for advising managers of volunteers on the most appropriate recruitment processes.

A large focus of this role is Learning and Development; the training needs of the volunteers must be identified and relevant training courses must be accessible to all volunteers.

The successful applicant will have to work closely with Associate Directors to produce a Learning and Development plan which must reflect the business needs and organizational priorities of the charity.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have experience of providing generalist HR advice to managers of all levels and must also be confident and capable of delivering training to all levels of an organization.
