This is an exciting opportunity for an individual that has gained management experience within contact centres . Strong leadership in contact centres, sales, operations and customer service. Ideally you will have some experience within the health industry but this is not essential . You will be tasked with setting up a greenfield site and recruiting a small team of 3-4 people to work for you. My client is very focused on replicating the quality of service they provide in North America.
