Head of Group Planning & Reporting

A leading FMCG company is looking to hire into the position of Head of Group Planning reporting. Responsibilities will include; the delivery and consolidation of all group financial reports to the board and executive directors thus allowing the business to understand its financial performance.

 

Your role will include;

• The delivery of group budgets, forecasts and analysis
• Being the focal point for all group financial information used to explain the groups performance internally and externally   
• The completion of statutory and legal accounting, (this includes managing the relationship between the company and its auditors)
• Thorough assessment of financial data analysis
• Timely and accurate reporting
• Staff management, development and motivation

 

To be considered for this role you will need to have;

• Fully Qualified Accountant with relevant experience
• Comprehensive understanding of the FMCG/ Retail industry and its financial principles
• Experience of working with quarterly and annual plans
• Primary support for the CFO and investor relations team on all investor related activity
• Ad-hoc analysis to support the senior finance team and other departments
