Finance Business Partner

A leading Retailer is looking to hire a Finance Business Partner. The job purpose includes; the analysis of financial performance and investments across the in-house franchise stream, including the co-ordination of the companies five year plan as well as constant process improvement.

 

Your role will include;

• Commercial negotiation with franchise partners
• Implementing financial strategy to optimise performance across all franchise markets
• Analysis of potential franchise opportunities including market evaluation and franchise business plans (P&L and Cash flow)
• Management of the franchise debts with the core finance team
• Timely and accurate reporting
• Staff management, development and motivation.

 

To be considered for this role you will need to have:

• Fully Qualified Accountant
• Comprehensive understanding of retail franchise financial principles
• Strong authoritarian finance experience
• Continued development experience encompassing re-evaluation of financial techniques and measurements
• Good level of computer literacy
• Drive, Leadership and the ability to have an Impact

 

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance and Group Franchise Director as required. Engaging personality with the ability to influence where necessary. Above all must have good self-motivation talent, and desire to remain at the forefront of a major brand name.
