A challenging and exciting opportunity has arisen to join this commercial minded well renowned organisation. This charity is growing rapidly and now has a need to extend their HR department with a Senior HR Advisor providing HR guidance all over the organisation.
Reporting to the regional director you will be responsible for:
- Providing expertise support and service across the full HR spectrum.
- Lead and support the organisation when going through a TUPE transfer.
- Ensuring that the overall business strategies of the organisation are met and that legal requirements are met.
- Setting up systems and processes.
You will need to be:
- Flexible and drive since the role entails travelling.
- Experienced with TUPE transfers.
