A challenging opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join this NHS Trust going through a period of change. Taking the lead on matters such as redundancies and redeployment you will need to be a diligent individual inspiring credibility at all levels of the organisation.
You will need to be:
- An HR generalist with extensive knowledge in employee relations.
- Experienced with large scale change programmes.
- Able to efficiently deal with sensitive and complex case work.
- Quality and goal oriented with a strategic mindset.
- Have previous NHS experience.
