My client has an urgent requirement for a Payroll specialist. This is an interesting opportunity for a diligent individual to join this organisation going through a period of change.
You will be responsible for:
- Effectively and efficiently manage the Payroll team during a period of financial pressure and political scrutiny.
- Ensure that Payroll management practices are developed and maintained.
- To oversee and manage the processes for the payment of salaries to staff.
- Undertake the day to day management and operation of the Payroll Team.
You must be a confident change manager with excellent stakeholder management skills. You must be credible at all levels of the organisation with relevant experience in a similar role.
It is important that you have experience of working within the public sector and security clearance to CTC level.
