My client, a Public sector organisation, is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to come on board for a period of 12 months. Reporting into the Head of HR you will be responsible for providing a professional training and development service across the organisation.
A vital part of this role will also be the management of the IIP accreditation within the organisation insuring it reaches profile level.
In addition you will act as an internal consultant working with managers and staff to establish requirements by undertaking individual training needs analyses. You will also lead on designing and delivering bespoke learning events for key areas/roles/gaps as well as having full involvement in core L&D programmes.
The successful candidate must have experience in the Public or not for profit sectors and have a strong track record within Learning & Development.
