Retail Finance Manager

A leading international brand name are looking to recruit a Retail Finance Manager to assist in the business objective of gaining market share and outperforming competitors.  Working across the business at al levels you will have responsibility for managing the contractual relationship between Manufacturer and Retailer.  Overseeing a team of two you will have the following responsibilities:

 

• Monitor the financial status of the network, identifying key trends and developments and effectively reporting these
• Regular presentations to Finance Committee
• Co-ordinate approval process for sign-off of all new developments to ensure support criteria are met
• Management of the department budget
• Implementing and embedding a performance management programme in relation to performance

 

The successful applicant will have a demonstrable track record of the following:

 

• Ability to analyse network financial data, extrapolating trends and using analysis as a basis for significant decision making
• Interacting non finance community, including the ability to forge strong relationships and understanding the profit drivers
• Working with complex financial information to influence commercial decisions
• Operating successfully with Board level stakeholders
• Advanced IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Access)

 

In addition you will need to be ACA/CIMA qualified with a solid academic track record.
