One of the World’s leading Investment Banks seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to provide full generalist support to one of the most successful divisions of the bank
The role
- Formulate the people agenda and create a strategic partnership by working closely with the senior management team to develop and implement solutions aligned to the overall business strategy
- Work effectively as a member of the HR Business Partnering Unit and in partnership with the specialist HR Centre of Excellence teams
- Ensure that the overall HR strategy for the business unit is delivered and that objectives are met
The Candidate
- A front office Investment Banking background is a MUST (although might consider someone who has experience of working within a Private Equity or Venture Capital organisation
- As a senior generalist and a credible strategist you will also have the ability to ‘roll your sleeves up’ and make things happen.
- You will be a credible communicator and have the ability to build strong relationships with the most senior stakeholders within an Investment Banking environment advising on business critical matters; executive recruitment & compensation, complex and highly confidential employee relations matters
- Evidence of providing expert HR support to business leaders with a direct and measurable impact on organisational performance is a MUST
