My client, a Public Sector organisation, is seeking a HR Business Partner to come on board for a period of 12 months. Reporting into the Head of HR you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the organisational change programme.
A vital part of this role will be to advise and work with managers and staff on employment law and issues related to organisational change: redeployment, redundancy and contract management.
In addition you will be highly involved in employee relations case work; advising managers on managing staff performance and grievance and disciplinary matters. As well as undertaking all aspects of the recruitment process; monitoring job descriptions, short listing and conducting interviews.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Adviser with a business acumen to further their career within a fast-paced, high-profile organisation. The ideal candidate will own their own car as this is a regional role. You will be open to a large amount of travel within the East Midlands where you will spend a lot of time visiting the client group.
