An interim opportunity has arisen for a versatile HR Manager to join this well respected organisation.

 

 You will be responsible for:

  • Heading up an HR team, develop and manage to ensure you are working in best practice.  
  • Ensuring a high level and cost effective service to the organisation.
  • Provide professional leadership on a broad range of HR matters making sure these are in line with the overall policies and procedures.

 

Essential skills:

  • You must have experience within higher education or engineering.
  • Inspire credibility at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR management and employment law.
