My client, a well known International brand (based on the South Coast) is looking to recruit an experienced Reward Manager to work as a key member of the group HR function delivering leading edge reward strategies aligned to the business strategy.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a growing organisation with continued expansion looking to become the number one International brand in its market.
The successful candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- Experience in the development of HR reward policy
- Experience in working with reward research techniques
- Knowledge of current remuneration legislation and practice
- Experience in project management
- Experience of Towers Watson global grading and Comptrack
- Experience in a Retail/FMCG/Media/Hospitality environment
- Experience of multiple countries especially France (ideal)
