This international consumer brand is offering an experienced Employee Relations Manager an exciting opportunity to work in their Head Office based in the South Coast (with frequent travel to London)
The role will require you to manage the HR function from an Employee Relations perspective ensuring best practice throughout the organisation. You will also be required to coach and up-skill managers whilst managing high level grievances and disciplinary processes and developing policies.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record in managing aspects of restructures and redundancies, ideally within an international brand, ensuring the appropriate mechanisms are in place to support the HR team.
In addition you will possess a sound generalist background, experience in an international arena (desirable) and be able to demonstrate up-to-date training and experience in employment law.
