Our client a multi site FMCG are looking to hire an all round Accountant. The purpose of this role is to provide regional Financial expertise and value-add support.
Duties will include;
- Prepare Management Accounts to include value add commentary and variance analysis
- Capital investment appraisal
- Working closely with the non finance community to set budgets, forecast and to review results
- Management and motivation of 1 member of staff (trainee Accountant)
- Constant process and system improvement
- Project work and ad hoc board presentations
To be considered you will need to be;
- Ideally qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Relevant, broad accounting experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced IT Skill ideally including SAP
