My client is a well establish specialist Charity organisation with offices across the UK.
This leading Charity is looking for a Regional Finance Officer who will be based in one of the groups’ regional offices in the North of England.
The post holder will take responsibility for the financial administration processes and systems of the region. Reporting directly into the Regional Accountant, you will also develop key relationships with Central Finance, suppliers and clients and office and regional colleagues, providing them with financial advice.
Key roles and responsibilities include;
- Assist Regional Accountant with the production of management accounts
- Administer the purchase and sales processes of the region
- Administer the payment process, including recoverable disbursements
- Undertake the monthly, quarterly and annual accounting process
- Administer the process for reporting casework income and billing in the region
- Maintain regional accounting records for invoicing and credit control and contracts with supplier
Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and knowledge of accounting principals, with previous relevant experience of Financial Administration.
