Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be the specialist lead on pay policy, reward initiatives and pension schemes to ensure they fully support the delivery of our people strategy. A new appointment to our HR team, this is a key role to ensure our reward strategy is aligned with our wider organisational vision and direction.
