International Recruitment Advisor

 

My client, a not for profit organisation based in West London, is seeking an International Recruitment Advisor.

Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, you will be responsible for liaising with and providing accurate and timely advice to managers on resourcing needs and polices and procedures throughout the organisation.

 

A vital part of this role will be to gain an in-depth knowledge of the organisation by working throughout the partnership ensuring that recruitment happens in accordance with the organisational strategic plans.

 

In addition you will take the lead on attracting and sourcing candidates for international employment, ensuring procedures comply with the organisation’s policies and appropriate legislation. 

 

The successful candidate must have in-house recruitment experience and is now looking to join a fast-paced, high profile organisation.
