As part of our drive to push the business forward into next year we are looking for recent graduates to join our established Graduate Recruitment Consultant Programme.
Initially you will learn about our key markets and the basic principles of business development, candidate generation, candidate management, interviewing, headhunting and database searching.
Once you have mastered the basics you will be supporting our Business Managers and be involved in all elements of the recruitment cycle, whilst progressing towards a healthy commission scheme.
You will:
- Be degree educated; preferably Business Studies, Finance & Accountancy, HR or Sales and Marketing (2:1)
- Have evidence of using your entrepreneurial ability
- Have participated in and shown success in a team based environment
- Have already travelled / taken a gap year
