My client requires a proactive and professional interim Senior HR Advisor to join them at an extremely busy time of change and expansion.  Your client group will be Schools, and as such it is imperative that you have previous experience of Schools HR.

 

Your role will be to provide a professional and comprehensive advisory and consultancy service to internal clients and deliver wide ranging HR advice to Departmental managers in order to achieve business objectives.

 

You will be able to hit the ground running, building instant credibility and building relationships across all levels of the organisation. 

 

Although this is a generalist post, it is important that you have strong Employee Relations experience, having the ability to manage your own caseload, and it is imperative that you have extensive experience of working in a generalist capacity with your own client group.

 

You must be at least CIPD part qualified, and ideally will have experience of working within the Public or not for profit sector.
