My client, a specialist Charity is looking for a HR Project Manager to join their busy HR department has to work on a number of key business projects:
The first is delivering a cross organisational project to review decision making and implement improvements across the organisation. This project will work with an external consultant to review all decisions made currently and then propose a model and structure for future decision making which is relevant to the organisation, more efficient and improves productivity.
The second project is implementing an online recruitment add-on to our HR Software ensuring that implementation is managed in line with the external providers’ requirements and the needs of the internal stakeholders.
The third project is assessing the use of the HR Software at present and implementing initiatives to ensure that it is being used to its full capacity. It will involve reviewing current HR processes and using the HR Software to make them more efficient and effective. Areas that require specific attention include the appraisal process and exit interview process.
In order to be able to deliver on the 3 projects the successful candidates must have experience of project management, in particular implementing a HR software solution. They must have excellent negotiation and communication skills in order to be able to obtain buy in and commitment from internal stakeholders.
