Thank you very much for your interest in working at PHSO.
This year in PHSO has seen significant changes that included the opening of a new site in Manchester, the introduction of a new health care complaints system, and saw our staff numbers increase by over 120 FTE.
The Corporate Resources Division, of which Human Resources Operations is a part, is also changing as we turn the spotlight on listening to our customers and providing better and more efficient ways of enabling the delivery of excellent complaints services for the thousands of people who contact our Office each year.
Given the wide range of customers with whom the HR Operations team engage both internally and externally, this next year will provide plenty of challenge and opportunity for us to build on identified service improvements, particularly in relation to reviewing and updating our employment policies, developing employee resourcing strategies, strengthening the capacity within the team and developing our systems and processes in support of PHSO’s business objectives.
Getting the right people on board at this time will be critical to our success and I very much hope that having learned more about us on this site you will decide that you would like to be part of our team.
