Thank you for your interest in working with East London Foundation Trust. This is an exciting time to be joining one of the country's most successful NHS mental health and community trusts.
We are looking for an associate director with senior workforce leadership experience in a complex environment to play a key role in the next stage of our development and growth.
This role requires a talented leader who can help us build on what we have already achieved and help turn the vision for the workforce directorate into a reality. With a relentless focus on the needs of our services they must be able to champion true business partnering in a clinically led environment. The workforce directorate has an important role in supporting the delivery of an engaged, high-performing, well aligned and highly capable organisation. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate delivery across this areas and ensure that HR services are supporting this agenda.
This is a critical role with functional responsibility for HR transactional services including recruitment, workforce information and systems and medical staffing. It requires self- confidence, experience and political acumen to work effectively across the organisation. It requires an individual who can enable and inspire a diverse workforce with pace, energy and credibility.
